We are expanding our team as the financial and corporate sectors realise the transformational scope, competitive advantage and applied data use implications of the technology Exerica represents. The company currently develops its products in cooperation with the US biggest bank J.P. Morgan as part of its In-Residence program.
This opportunity is for a dedicated and experienced backend developer who would be working as part of our small distributed team to maintain and enhance our existing software.
Architecturally, it is a .NET Core/MongoDB-based distributed data processing platform supporting multiple processing servers. We currently use Visual Studio, .NET Core 2+, MongoDB 3.6, Nginx and Docker. Apart from these we use GitLab CI/CD for DevOps.
The successful candidate will have 5 years or more experience in design and development of .NET Core or .NET Framework applications as part of a team. Experience with MongoDB, Java and a mathematical background will be to your advantage.
Your working hours must mostly overlap those of the UK; you must be available at least 32 hours each week on business days on a long term basis. Start date is as soon possible, but can be later for a good candidate. Please respond with your experience, your rate and availability.
